B. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number is generated, it cannot be canceled. Returns & Refunds: Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the original packaging has been opened or the seal is broken. Damaged Items: If your Abeeha bottle arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 6 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
